Objective
Identified needs
The objective of the organization is to provide humanitarian aid and preserve the heritage of our societies.
A number of needs have been identified both in urban and rural areas. Poverty has been an order of the day in South Africa. Thereby we are currently researching on ways to acquire sponsorship and funding from those who are kind enough to offer an open hand.
We Have the Power to Impact Our Future, and We’re Doing Something About It
Our organization is looking at factors resulting in a high rate of unemployment. This include workshops to assist our societies to be self sufficient.
Our Focus
We are focusing on orphans, children from child-headed homes, children raised by old people (grand parents who are too old to look after the little energetic ones), homeless children, drug edicts, rehabilitated wrong doers, the women and the disabled.
Our focus is on the nurseries, schools to see if we can identify if children may require our aid.
Partners
We are sorting ways to partner with kings, chiefs, community leaders, relevant government departments and the private sector to cushion a joint-venture in seeing this kind of aid to the previously marginalized.
Entrepreneurship
Our sector in entrepreneurship is another wing for us to generate stable income and to be able to retain jobs even beyond financial aids and sponsorships.
Education is Key
As the Elempofana Open Hands’ adage is, “Education is key!”, our focus remains on educational materials that we market at nurseries, schools and tertiaries.
HUMANITARIAN AID
A large number of children do not attend school because they dont have school uniform. We are working tirelessly in seeking aid for us to donate school uniform.
As is our educational program, Elempofana Open Hands’ objectiveto assist in language proficiency and vocabulary perfection, we are also seeking aid to donate dictionaries to schools. This is where we contribute in our educational systems in societies.

Information is power
We pride ourselves for taking part in educational entrepreneurship as we aim at resounding the phrase to school children that, “The subjects you study at schools are lifetime tools!” This is where we forge partnerships with stakeholders of all demographics in preserving the culture of learning and for education to be taken seriously in our societies.
With the theme, “The differences in our cultures is the similarities of our languages!” the Elempofana Open Hands’ objective is to reach out to all the cultures of South Africa by encouraging the love of the languages we have. As a result, we encourage and promote the Multi Language dictionaries.
Brail and Sign Language awareness is at the prime of our objective. Events and workshops of Literature Arts, Culture and Heritage are among the objective of Elempofana Open Hands.
